◇ Method of ordering products

・If you click on an item that you want to purchase, you will be able to see details about the product.

・If you enter the quantity that you want to purchase and then click “Add to cart,” the product will be  added to the shopping cart.

・The screen will change to the shopping cart screen.

・If there are other products that you want to purchase, please repeat the procedures stated above.

・After clicking “Proceed to purchase procedures” and moving to the Order page, please use the  method below to enter the required information.

  (1) Entry of the place for delivery (2) Selection of payment and delivery methods

  (3) Confirmation of order content (4) Order completion

・After the above processes have been conducted, the order will be completed.

*The product will be secured at the time when you have advanced to the Order completion screen. 

  Please be careful because the product will not be secured at the time when it is added to the cart.

 ・After order completion, an order confirmation e-mail will be automatically sent.

 Please conduct settings so that it is possible to receive e-mails from info@gsalliance.co.jp

*If an order has been made by using an e-mail address of a mobile telephone that is conducting     

 domain-specified reception, in some cases it may not be possible for the customer to receive e-

 mails  sent by the Company. There are also cases in which e-mails will be sorted into spam, so if an

 e-mail does not arrive, please also check the spam folder.

For matters concerning methods of mail-designated reception and domain-specified reception, please check the homepage of the individual telecommunications company and then conduct settings yourself.

◇ About payment methods

・Bank transfer (advance payment): After an order has been made, we will send an e-mail to   provide information about the bank account for transfer and the payment deadline.

 Service charges for transfer will be the customer’s burden.

・Credit card payment: Each card of VISA, MASTER, JCB, DINERS, and AMEX can be used.

・Online payment: PayPal

*The number of times of payment will be one time.

*The total amount of payment will be the amount that results from the product price total, including    consumption tax, plus shipping charges.

◇ About consumption tax (within Japan)

・Consumption tax rate: We will charge consumption tax by using the tax rate at the time of the  order.

・For the method of calculation, we will round off fractions of less than one yen for each product.

 

◇ About receipts

・The detailed statement or receipt that is issued for each payment method will be used as a  substitute for a receipt by the Company.

・Fundamentally, the Company does not issue receipts, but this will not apply if you make a  consultation.

 

◇ About product delivery

・Products will be delivered to the customer’s place  one to two weeks after payment is confirmed.

 Please note that, depending on the quantity of the order, products may be made by made-to-order  production; therefore, this will not apply in such a case.

 Furthermore, if products are out of stock, they will be shipped approximately one month later.

・We do not accept designation of the delivery date. Thank you for your understanding.

・If many orders are made at the same time, or around times of consecutive holidays, delivery may  be delayed.

・If there will be a delay because of bad weather, the delivery company’s circumstances, or any other  reason, we will give notification by e-mail.

*If you designate bank transfer, the product will be sent after transfer is confirmed.

*If you designate credit card payment, the product will be sent after confirmation of approval by the 

 credit card company.

*If you designate online payment, the product will be sent after confirmation of approval by PayPal.

◇ About shipping charges (within Japan)

Within Japan: Shipping charges are a consistent amount of US$6 anywhere in the country.

Provided, however, that in the case of a purchase of US$17 or more, shipping charges will be free.

 

Outside Japan:

・China, South Korea, Taiwan: US$40

・United States of America, Canada, Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Singapore,

   Malaysia: US$42

・England, Germany, France, Switzerland, Austria, Australia, New Zealand, India: US$45

・Ireland, Israel, United Arab Emirates: US$48

・Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Peru: US$50

*For charges for shipping to a country or region other than those stated above, please make a separate inquiry.

◇ About shipping

・Within Japan: The shipping company is Kuroneko Yamato (Yamato Transport).

・Outside Japan: FedEx or DHL

・There is no shipping on days other than the Company’s business days, such as on Saturdays,  Sundays, public holidays, the end-of-year and New Year period, and summer holidays.

・Depending on the congestion situation at the shipping company, there may be a delay in shipping  time.

・In a case of a purchase of US$17 or more per instance, shipping will be free of charge, limited to  within Japan.

◇ About product returns and exchanges

・We cannot handle returns or exchanges of products in cases other than initial defects or when the  wrong product has been sent.

*Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges when the customer has made a mistake in an order.

◇ About cases of defective products or delivery

・We take all possible precautions to ensure the quality of the Company’s products, but in the event  that a product is damaged or defective, or in a case that differs from what you ordered, please  notify us of the matters below by e-mail or telephone within 14 days. We apologize in advance for  any inconvenience.

We will exchange the product right away (the Company will bear shipping charges in such a case).

◎The place that has the defect

 ・For a product for which there is stock, an exchange will be made by using the same product.

・In the event that it is a product for which there is no stock, time may be necessary for an  exchange. We apologize for any inconvenience.

・In principle, we cannot handle returns or exchanges in cases in which 14 days or more have  passed since product arrival.

*Please understand that even if a product is directly sent back, if contact is not made, we cannot  make arrangements for a return or exchange.

・Receipt of orders is possible 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
