◇ Payment deadline

・Bank transfer: Please make a transfer to the Company’s designated account within seven days after the   day when an order is made.

    Please understand that transfer service charges will be the customer’s burden.

    We will send the product as soon as we have confirmed payment.

    For the name of the person making the transfer, please use the same name as that of the   person     who made the order.

    If more than seven days have passed and payment has not been made, we will handle the matter     as cancellation for the time being.

    In such a case, please make an order again.

・Credit card payment: The time when the product is ordered

    We will send the product approximately 3 to 10 days after approval by the credit card company.

・Online payment: The time when the product is ordered 

    We will send the product approximately 3 to 10 days after approval by PayPal.

◇ Required charges other than product prices

Within Japan:

Shipping charges: A consistent amount of US$6 anywhere in the country

・Provided, however, that in a case of a purchase of US$17 or more per instance of shopping, shipping will  be free of charge.

・Payment service charges: These charges differ depending on the payment method.

Outside Japan:

・China, South Korea, Taiwan: US$40

・United States of America, Canada, Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Singapore,

 Malaysia: US$42

・England, Germany, France, Switzerland, Austria, Australia, New Zealand, India: US$45

・Ireland, Israel, United Arab Emirates: US$48

・Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Peru: US$50

*For charges for shipping to a country or region other than those stated above, please make a separate inquiry.

*About customs duties

Customs duties may be required, depending on the order quantity. In such a case, customs duties expenses will be the burden of the person who made the order.

◇ Time of delivery

We will deliver the product to the customer’s place one to two weeks after payment is confirmed. This will not apply in cases of made-to-order production. If many orders are made at the same time, or around times of consecutive holidays, delivery may be delayed. If there will be a delay because of bad weather, the delivery company’s circumstances, or any other reason, we will give notification by e-mail.

*If you designate bank transfer, the product will be sent after transfer is confirmed.

*If you designate credit card payment, the product will be sent after confirmation of approval by the credit 

  card company.

*If you designate online payment, the product will be sent after confirmation of approval by PayPal.

◇ Time limit for an application

In principle, this will be the seven-day period after confirmation of receipt of an order (transmission of an e-mail that is automatically sent for the purpose of confirming receipt of an order).​

Within Japan: Delivery by Kuroneko Yamato

Outside Japan: FedEx or DHL

◇ Defective products

We take all possible precautions to ensure the quality of products, but in the event that a product is damaged or defective, or in a case that differs from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days after the product’s arrival. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience. We will exchange the product right away (the Company will bear shipping charges in such a case).

For a product for which there is stock, an exchange will be made by using the same product, but in the event that it is a product for which there is no stock, time may be necessary for an exchange. We apologize for any inconvenience.

◇ About returns and exchanges

We cannot handle returns or exchanges of products in cases other than initial defects or when the wrong product has been sent. In a case of an initial defect, please notify us of the matters below by e-mail or telephone within 14 days. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience.

In principle, we cannot handle returns or exchanges in cases in which 14 days or more have passed since product arrival.
