Natural Biochar contained Biodegradable Products

So far, already existing commercial available black plastic products use black color called

"carbon black" which is made from petroleum.

In contrast, BIO SAKURA Black products uses bamboo charcoal (biochar) as black color pigment,

and combined with our natural plant based biodegradable resin.

Bamboo charcoal, biochar is made from plants and they absorb CO2

from surrounding environment during their growth so that the materials

made from plants are said to be carbon neutral.

●Bio Sakura Paint is the plant based natural vegan paint and do not use petroleum
based raw materials and chemicals. It is composed of 100 % natural biomass based materials

(Color inorganic pigment is not made from petroleum so that we assume colors are natural).

●Bio Sakura cares about sustainability.　Since raw materials are made from plant,

Bio Sakura Paint can be carbon neutral because CO2 emission

can be reduced as plant absorb CO2 during their growth.

and biodegrade into water and CO2 by microbiology.

It is compostable and reduce plastic pollution(micro-plastics, nano-plastics).

Under appropriate conditions, products decompose into water and CO2 by biodegradation.

These toothbrushes are compostable and environmentally friendly products.

Handle part is plant based biodegradable resin and brush part is composed of polybutylene

terephthalate and brush part is not biodegradable.

Handle Parts are natural materials and a little fragile so that

please do not put strong force when you use them.

We also have toothbrush in which brush parts are also natural material.

ABOUT US

At present, approximately 400 million tons of plastic is produced throughout

the world every year.

Because nearly all of this plastic is made from oil-derived materials,

huge amounts of carbon dioxide are emitted during the production process.

Moreover, conventional plastics are the cause of serious ocean pollution

from microplastics, which is now a global environmental issue.

In contrast to conventional plastics, biodegradable natural biomass plastics made

from plant-derived materials are recyclable and capable of reducing CO2 emissions.

At BIO-SAKURA, we use only naturally derived biodegradable natural biomass

in our products—absolutely none of our products contain oil.

Furthermore, in order to give biodegradable natural biomass the strength,

heat-resistance, and moldability required of resin products,

we added 100% plant-derived cellulose nanofibers.

The cellulose nanofibers used by BIO-SAKURA is made from non-edible recycling

materials of wood, bamboo, leaves, timber from forest thinning, waste wood, and used paper.

No oil is used in BIO-SAKURA products, only 100% biodegradable natural biomass materials.

BIO-SAKURA manufactures a completely new resin material that has been realized through our company’s independently developed cellulose nanofiber combining technology.
